Account and privacy requests
For help with an account, access to personal information, or a request to correct or delete information, email us from the address associated with your account when possible.
Please include:
- Your ToolFlock username or profile URL, if applicable.
- The type of request and the information it concerns.
- Any page URL, date, or other detail that helps us locate the relevant record.
- The country or region you are contacting us from if your request concerns a privacy right.
We may need to verify that a requester is the account holder or is authorized to act for them before completing certain requests. See our Privacy Policy for more information.
Content and community reports
To report a post, comment, profile, tool listing, image, or other content, include:
- The exact ToolFlock URL where the content appears.
- A short description of the problem.
- The part of our Publishing Guidelines you believe is relevant, when known.
- Supporting context or screenshots if the issue may change or disappear.
Do not send unnecessary personal information about another person. Reports are reviewed in context and do not guarantee a particular moderation outcome.
Copyright and intellectual property
If you believe content on ToolFlock infringes a copyright, trademark, or another intellectual property right, use a subject such as IP Notice — [work or brand name] and provide:
- Your name and a reliable way to contact you.
- Identification of the protected work, mark, or other right.
- The exact URL of each item you want us to review.
- An explanation of your rights and why you believe the use is unauthorized.
- Whether you are the rights holder or are authorized to act for one.
Tool owners may also contact us about incorrect use of a product name, logo, image, or brand asset. We may ask for additional information when needed to evaluate a notice.
Tool listing corrections
ToolFlock aims to keep listings accurate, but products, prices, availability, and policies can change. To request a correction, send:
- The ToolFlock listing URL and the tool's official URL.
- The specific statement or field that is inaccurate.
- A current first-party source that supports the correction, such as official documentation or a pricing page.
- Your relationship to the tool, if you work for or represent its developer.
A correction request does not give a developer control over ToolFlock's independent editorial observations, comparisons, or conclusions. Factual corrections and editorial disagreements are reviewed separately.
Tool submissions and promotion
To propose an AI or indie tool for the directory, start on the Submit a tool page. Include the official website, a concise description, current pricing, and information that helps us verify what the product does.
Promotional posts, sponsorships, paid placement, and other commercial opportunities must be disclosed and reviewed separately. Do not publish advertising as an ordinary discussion or independent review. Until a dedicated promotion route is available, email [email protected] with the subject Promotion inquiry — [tool name]. Payment or a commercial relationship does not guarantee publication, a favorable review, or organic ranking.
Technical and security issues
For a broken page or technical problem, include the affected URL, what you expected to happen, what happened instead, the approximate time, and your browser and device. Screenshots are useful when they do not expose private information.
For a suspected security vulnerability, use the subject Security report — confidential. Describe the affected page or feature, the steps needed to reproduce the issue, its potential impact, and a safe way to contact you. Do not exploit the issue, access data that is not yours, disrupt the service, or publicly disclose sensitive details while the issue is being reviewed.
Email safety
Never send passwords, one-time codes, payment card details, private keys, API keys, recovery phrases, or other sensitive credentials by email. ToolFlock will not ask you to reveal a password. Redact unrelated personal information from attachments and screenshots.
